There are 27 Condos for Sale and 3 Condos on MLS for Rental at The Shores Condo in Bronte, Oakville June 9,2013. The for sales range from $389900 to $1,765,000 and average $756/sq ft. Note that 4 of the for sales listed below are for sale by the builder and are not on MLS. There  are 3 condos for rent on MLS at The Shores in Bronte, Oakville. The  asking prices per month range from $1750-$3950.  Most units at The Shores are now registered and owners have taken title which allows them to sell or rent their condos and put them on MLS. That is why the available units has increased so much. There is also a change on the information available to Realtors on their Boards. The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and the Oakville Board (OMDREB) exchanged listings up to May 16,2013.
